TIME FOR EXPLORING AND POLISHING THE CRICKETING TALLENT

It’s the starting cricketing era in the country of Himalayan and Gautam Buddha after back to back wining the division 4 and ACC Elite Cup by our Senior National team. This time around our team has come out from the age level and converts their long effort to a tournament winning performances and playing a high quality cricket away from home. It’s some thing to cheer for thousand of crazy Nepali Cricket Fan all around the globe and especially in our own backyard.

The wave of cricket is running at the high speed all around the county and the number of people attracted towards cricket is increasing day by day as our National Cricket Team is gaining new height in every tournament making their own name in cricketing world, which is good sign for cricket development in our country. The talks and rumour of club level tournaments and league are at top, hope these types of league will start as quickly as possible and explore new talent and produce quality player making our bench strength strong.

Now our country is need of cricketing culture, exploring new talent and polishing them with lots of match practice and international exposures. Family culture where a parent happily buys a cricket kits to his children along with books, pen and copy with no hesitation. The family encouragement and support is the most important thing for a kid to start playing cricket and making career in it. The parents in our country only let their children play cricket or other sports if only they gain something out of it. That why it’s time to focus in school level tournament and providing scholarship and proper facilities to the children who perform better in the tournaments. Every region and districts, school level tournament should be conducted and small kids should be encouraged to play cricket. Proper media coverage for such tournament by local level F.M and Newspaper and scholarships facilities for the winning team and quality player is a most to encourage parents allowing their child to play cricket. So it’s time all we cricket lover, governing body, CAN and other cubs  to think about conducting school level cricket tournaments and attract more kids towards the cricket. At present we do not have many school level tournaments but also we are doing well in age level international tournaments. Just imagine if we have proper school level tournament and continuous opportunity for them to expose and polish their talent, then we will surely produce much quality cricketer in future and our team will achieve more success in coming days.

All fans and cricketer are emphasizing in continuous expose and match practice for developing skills and polishing their talent which is a most for our cricket development. All Nepali cricket lover and fans are waiting to see rumour of club level tournament and league cricket come into reality. These sorts of tournament are basic requirement for player to be continuously involved in cricket, develop their cricketing skill and also earn little money.

So it’s time to move on  making our  base strong by exploring new talent and polishing the existing talent to fulfill the dream million of Nepali Cricket Fans to see our country getting ODI status and playing World Cup in near future. Jay Nepali Cricket

Contribution of Online media in Nepali Cricket

Our country NEPAL popular with its natural beauties, Sagarmatha, symbol of peace Gautam Buddha in the world is now gone be popular with its sports and that’s no other then Cricket. Back to back champion of ICC division 4 and ACC Elite Cup has increases the craziness in the fans and able to catch the attention of a huge number of people in the country. There is a hope and strong chance if things go well, cricket can be a first sport to represent our country in the World Cup and if our team is successful for it, then it’s the matter of pride and glory for entire country.
After this achievements in our cricketing history, every body thanks coach, CAN and Team of course which they deserve.  I too personally want to thanks Coach, team management, CAN and all our players for the great achievements but this must be just a beginning in our long journey to lead in the cricketing world and there are some other people as well who deserve the thanks for there contribution in Nepali Cricket communication.
Being a cricket fan, we must remember the contribution made by the various website, online news and various pages in Facebook and Twitter in the communication of Nepali cricket teams news, views, live score update, photos and increasing the fan following towards Nepali Cricket without which our Nepali Cricket is incomplete. At the earlier stage of our cricket, the news, player and team information and score update of our team are not forecasted by news channels regularly but there were few people who are giving their time to provide coverage to Nepali cricket news and live score update in their own website, twitter account and various pages and groups in facebook. I fell there contribution is a lot in the field of communication and increasing cricket fan following in the country. Can you friend imagine Nepali Cricket without these online media..? In the yesterday match as well we all fans are depend upon them for the coverage for the live score update and news of our Cricketing heroes and champions.
So in the occasion of the great achievement of Nepali Cricket I would like to thanks all the online media www.cricnepal.com , www.cricket.com.np  and their pages in facebook and various pages in facebook like Nepali Cricket Player, Nepali Cricket team | NTC and the group Nepali Cricket Fans on Facebook and so many other . The contribution made my online media is huge and with out which our Nepali Cricket is incomplete so hope you all friend continue the good work and lead by the example in communication media in Nepali Cricket. I would like to thank the people associated with website like cricnepal, cricket.com.np and other facebook pages and websites for doing the wonderful job in Nepali cricket communication and increasing the number and craziness towards Nepali Cricket. Media for cricket development

Wow! Our national cricket team is really doing well and making all of Nepali proud, united and happy. It is also making our country famous worldwide. Champions of ICC Division 4 and now in the final ACC Elite Trophy, back-to-back good performances have given all Nepali cricket fans hopes for the qualification to the 2014 T20 World Cup in Bangladesh and 2015 World Cup in Australia.
If our team becomes successful to qualify for any World Cup, either 50-over or 20-over, it will be the first time for any Nepali sport team representing Nepal in any World Cup. It will be the greatest achievement and matter of pride for all of us.
But I wonder if our media is giving as much attention and emphasis to cricket and cricketers for their achievements. Although our cricket team has achieved a lot of success in a few years, they are not able to catch the attention of national news channel and newspaper. Why is it so?
I still remember when Irfan Pathan took his first hattrick against Pakistan a few years ago, Indian news channel immediately broadcasted live conversion with his family. Why can’t our media do the same? Why can’t they run some programmers and TV shows related to cricket and give emphasis to cricket?
Now, it’s time of our media to do something for developing the cricket and creating the cricketing environment all around the country. We have dozens of Nepali news channel and newspaper giving just the news of politics most of the time.
Catching people attention toward cricket is possible only if our media focuses on cricket and cricketers. If our media’s focus and emphasis on cricket and provides sufficient coverage including news, views, scores and space to players, Nepal will fast move towards a great future – World Cups in near future.
I just feel publishing/broadcasting cricket news, views, ideas, score, live coverage, cricket programs and features about cricketers’ life by news channel directly benefits the news channel as followers of Nepali cricket are in great number.
I kindly request the Nepali media – television channels, newspapers and radios – to give emphasis and time for cricket, which is doing really well for our glory. All cricket fans are waiting eagerly to see more emphasis given by media.
I feel very glad as in Facebook, we have many cricket related pages which are providing news, views, score update of cricket and website like Cricnepal, cricket.com.np and many more doing great job in covering cricket. Cricket is uniting all of us together. Jai Nepali Cricket.
